The Pennsylvania Railroad ran more passenger cars than any other railroad during the first half of the 20th Century. One way of succeeding at this was by offering many different types of services to appeal to a variety of riders. K-LINE offers two different complete sets of PRR passengers, one in full 21? scale and a shortened 18? version that operate on O-31 curves. These extruded aluminum cars feature separate metal handrails, improved StreamLighting interior illumination, painted figures, opening vestibule doors, hidden uncoupler mechanisms and factory diaphragms. The Diesel Locomotives leading these Pennsylvania trains are loaded with industry leading features including Command Control remote operation, Lionel RailSounds, Cruise Control, Smoke and Electrocouplers for operational realism. These F-7s also feature the ultra-detailing of our other F-Unit diesels including new truck side frames, pivoting diaphragms, separate pilot detail, brass brake hoses, additional metal grab rails, side mirrors and windshield wipers. As these engines and cars travel around your track, you will think you stepped back in time and are witnessing the crack trains of the PRR passing you by.
