K765-2051

In the 1950s a white chalk drawing of a man wearing a large sombrero napping beneath a palm tree began to appear on numerous train cars of various roadnames. Signed by “Herby,” the legend began that these drawings were done by a carefree hobo who left his mark on the cars he rode across the nation’s rails. An accurate reproduction of Herby's artwork is featured on K-LINE's Frisco Boxcar.
