Just got one of these UP 3390-3218 Pacifics.
It has factory TMCC and Lionel RailSounds, not mentioned in the factory specs.

These "semi-scale" Pacifics and Mikados came with Lionel RailSouunds/Signal Sounds (switch-selectable) and TMCC starting in the 2000 2nd Edition Catalog. Prior to that, they came with K-Line "Real Sounds" (with a "S" suffix in the Part Number), or a "Digital Whistle" (with a "W" suffix.)
