Passengers on the Move

Start a new railroader off right with one of the most famous railroads of all, the Santa Fe. The Steam Chief is a fantastic passenger set that features a smoking, die cast steam engine and Lionel RailSounds. The Santa Fe war bonnet paint scheme has been applied to this sleek passenger train in order to create an exciting consist.

Watch their faces as this iron horse leads the way around the oval layout. This heavy die cast locomotive smokes, has an operating headlight and produces a chuffing sound as it travels down the track.

These 13 1/2 inch long cars are superior in detail and quality to all other cars in this range. These cars feature K-LINE’s patented StreamLighting overhead illumination system, full interiors, separate metal grab rails and a hidden uncoupling mechanism for superior operation.

This set includes an oval of K-LINE’s exclusive SuperSnap track, a revolutionary, snap-together track system that is compatible with all O Gauge tubular track. The AC transformer provides plenty of power for operation. Easy hook-up wires and a surge protector built into the track complete the package.

Are you sure it needs one? If it does, it will either be in the tender or the engine itself. Should be just a couple screws to pull it off.
